The services offered by us include the Vow’snView’s websites located at Vow’snView’s.com and social media handles FB Insta etc. Vowsnviews is a wedding vendor listing website.
These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use and are to be complied with in addition to any agreement or terms agreed upon between the Parties for the Vow’snView’s Services. By using the Vow’snView’s Services, whether as a “Visitor” (meaning you simply browse the Vow’snView’s website) or as a “User” (meaning you have registered with and/or submitted content to the Vow’snView’s website either as an individual or as a company), you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Vow’snView’s Privacy Policy located at www.Vow’snView’s.com/privacy.
This Agreement includes your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the Vow’snView’s Services, please read it carefully. User (and “You”) may refer to both Customers as well as Vendors for the purpose of this Agreement. The term “Customer” shall refer to individuals or Parties undertaking Vow’snView’s Services through the Vow’snView’s platform and the term “Vendor” refers to the individual or entities listed on the VOW’SNVIEW’S platform who provide services independently to the customers.
If you do not agree with the Terms of this Agreement, you should leave the Vow’snView’s Website and discontinue use of the Vow’snView’s Services immediately. If you wish to become a User, submit content, video or images, communicate with other Users and generally make use of the Vow’snView’s Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the content submission process. By using the Vow’snView’s services or by doing any of the above, you are complying with all our terms and conditions and clauses mentioned hereinafter.
WE URGE YOU TO THINK BEFORE YOU UPLOAD, SUBMIT OR EMBED CONTENT. THIS AGREEMENT PERMITS YOU TO UPLOAD TO , SUBMIT TO OR EMBED ON THE Vow’snView’s SERVICES ONLY PHOTOS OR OTHER CONTENT THAT YOU OWN THE COPYRIGHT TO OR OTHERWISE HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUBLISH. BY UPLOADING, SUBMITTING OR EMBEDDING PHOTOS OR OTHER CONTENT THAT YOU DO NOT OWN THE COPYRIGHT TO OR DO NOT OTHERWISE HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUBLISH, YOU MAY SUBJECT YOURSELF TO LEGAL LIABILITY (SEE E.G., SECTIONS 4, 5 AND 6 BELOW). IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE YOU HAVE ADEQUATE RIGHTS TO PUBLISH TO THE VOW’SNVIEW’S SERVICES ALL PHOTOS AND OTHER CONTENT YOU POST AND VOW’SNVIEW’S TAKES NO LIABILITY OF THE SAME WHATSOEVER.
Eligibility
Use of the Vow’snView’s Services is void where prohibited. By registering, you (i) represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and to fully abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as far as age, jurisdiction, laws of land, etc. are concerned and (ii) agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Vow’snView’s Services
Term
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Vow’snView’s Services or are a User/ Vendor on the website. Vow’snView’s may terminate your use of the Vow’snView’s Website or the Vow’snView’s Services, in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason whatsoever, at any time, without warning or notice to you. Upon such termination of agreement, the User shall be stopped from using Vow’snView’s Services and all content shall remain to be the Property of Vow’snView’s.
User & Vow’snView’s Content
Without this license, Vow’snView’s would be unable to provide the Vow’snView’s or its publications. For example, the license you grant to Vow’snView’s is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to Vow’snView’s), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that Vow’snView’s is not required to pay you for the use of the User Content that you post), sublicensable (so that Vow’snView’s is able to use its affiliates and subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks to provide the Vow’snView’s), and worldwide (because the Internet and the Vow’snView’s are global in reach).
This license will terminate at the time you remove your User Content from the Vow’snView’s Services except as to any User Content that Vow’snView’s has sublicensed prior to your removal of your User Content from the Vow’snView’s Services, which license shall continue in perpetuity. To remove User Content, please send a request to www.Vow’snView’s.com and include a brief description of the item(s) to be removed along with a URL of the item(s) current location on the Vow’snView’s Website. We will remove the item(s) as quickly as possible. In the event that Vow’snView’s uses the Vendor’s content on its website it shall do so while giving credit to the Vendor.
Vow’snView’s does not take liability to ensure protection of the content posted on the website/platform. In the event that the Vendor posts content on the website and the same is infringed by another Vendor or any other third party, it shall not be the liability of Vow’snView’s. We attempt to prevent such copying and infringement by applying our watermark on each image, but take no responsibility to further protect the content.
The Vow’snView’s Services contain Content owned by Vow’snView’s (“Vow’snView’s Content”). Vow’snView’s Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and Vow’snView’s owns and retains all rights in the Vow’snView’s Content and the Vow’snView’s Services. Vow’snView’s hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license to view the Vow’snView’s Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Vow’snView’s Website and using the Vow’snView’s Services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you shall not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, license, sublicense, assign, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Vow’snView’s Content appearing on or through the Vow’snView’s Services
The Vow’snView’s Services contain Content of other Users and other Vow’snView’s licensors (“Third Party Content”) and you are permitted to access the Third Party Content solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Vow’snView’s Website and using the Vow’snView’s Services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you shall not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, license, sublicense, assign, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Third Party Content appearing on or through the Vow’snView’s Services. In the event that any User is found to be in violation of another person’s Intellectual Property or any other rights in any manner, they shall be absolutely and solely liable and no liability shall be laid down on Vow’snView’s for the same.
Prohibited Content
Vow’snView’s reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether User Content is appropriate; and to remove any User Content, without notice or liability to you, which it determines to be inappropriate. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following is a partial list of the types of User Content that Vow’snView’s deems to be inappropriate:
Content that criticizes a business or individual beyond that of merely offering an opinion
Content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person
Content that exploits people in a sexual or violent manner
Content that contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website
Content that includes racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable language
Content that is libelous, defamatory, or otherwise tortious language
Content that solicits personal information from anyone under 18
Content that promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous
Content that promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files
Content that involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, “spimming,” or “spamming”
Content that contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page
Content that furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses
Content that solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users
Content that is owned, created or belongs to a third party and the entity posting/publishing such content has no authority to do so
Content that involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes
Prohibited Activity
You expressly agree that you are prohibited from engaging in, and will not engage in, the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of the Vow’snView’s Services-
copying, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, transmitting, licensing, sublicensing, assigning, distributing, performing, publicly displaying, or selling any Third Party Content or Vow’snView’s Content appearing on or through the Vow’snView’s Services
criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets
covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any Vow’snView’s page via HTML/CSS or any other means
any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends or send comments or messages
interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Vow’snView’s Services or the networks or services connected to the Vow’snView’s Services
attempting to impersonate another User, person, or representative of Vow’snView’s
using the account, username, or password of another User at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account
selling or otherwise transferring your profile, without our permission
using any information obtained from the Vow’snView’s Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person
displaying an advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity on or through the Vow’snView’s Services on behalf of that person, such as placing commercial content on your profile, posting blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose, or sending private messages with a commercial purpose
using the Vow’snView’s Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations
Copyright Policy
You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to Vow’snView’s or others (including without limitation Third Party Content or Vow’snView’s Content) without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information.
Since Vow’snView’s is a content-heavy platform, owing to the content generated by Vow’snView’s as well as their multiple vendors and customers, Vow’snView’s takes copyright & Intellectual property/proprietary rights extremely seriously.
If we become aware that one of our users is a repeat copyright infringer, it is our policy to take reasonable steps within our power to terminate that user. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Vow’snView’s Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with relevant proof and we ll be happy to take corrective action accordingly.
Customers
Users accept and acknowledge that they are only visiting Vow’snView’s platform to obtain information about a Vendor and that the book for the same is done individually, separate from Vow’snView’s and hence, they shall not hold Vow’snView’s liable in any manner for any issues that may arise in the future, related to such Vendor or such booking. That the Customer accepts and agrees that all transactions occur between the Users and Vow’snView’s is not involved in the same in any manner.
In the event that a Customer shares their content & photographs with Vow’snView’s for being featured on our platform, such content & photographs shall belong to the Customers and once shared with Vow’snView’s, will be considered to be available for reuse and reposting by Vow’snView’s.
That Vow’snView’s shall make all efforts to try that the Customer’s experience is smooth and seamless, without any hassles but takes no liabilities or responsibilities to ensure the same.
Vendors
Each Vendor accepts that they are merely listed on the Vow’snView’s platform, through which they get reach to their target customer. Each Vendor creates their profile on the Vow’snView’s platform and ensures to provide correct information regarding such profiles. Any misrepresentation of their identity or work shall be their liability alone and not the liability of Vow’snView’s.
Vendors accept and acknowledge that they are entering into transactions and providing services to the Customer independently and are VOW’SNVIEW’S is in no way involved, apart from being a listing platform. Vow’snView’s, however expects Vendors to maintain quality of service and make no misrepresentations whatsoever.
Platform for Transaction and Communication:
The Users utilize to meet and interact with one another for their transactions on the Platform. Vow's n View's is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between the Vow's n View's Users. Henceforward:
All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and Sellers alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation price, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services and after sales services related to products and services. Vow's n View's does not have any control or does not determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between the Buyers and Sellers.
Vow's n View's does not make any representation or Warranty as to specifics (such as quality, value, salability, etc) of the products or services proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the Platform.
Vow's n View's is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Buyers and Sellers. Vow's n View's cannot and does not guarantee that the concerned Buyers and/or Sellers will perform any transaction concluded on the Platform.
At no time shall Vow's n View's hold any right, title or interest over the products nor shall Vow's n View's have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such contract entered into between Buyers and Sellers.
The Vow's n View's is only a platform that can be utilized by Users to reach a larger base to buy and sell products or services. Vow's n View's is only providing a platform for communication and it is agreed that the contract for sale of any of the products or services shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the Seller and the Buyer. At no time shall Vow's n View's hold any any right, title or interest over the products nor shall Vow's n View's have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such contract. Vow's n View's is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.
Pricing on any product(s) as is reflected on the Platform may due to some technical issue, typographical error or product information published by seller may be incorrectly reflected and in such an event seller may cancel such your order(s).
You release and indemnify Vow's n View's and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of any of the actions of the Users of the Vow's n View's and specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law. Notwithstanding its reasonable efforts in that behalf, Vow's n View's cannot take responsibility or control the information provided by other Users which is made available on the Platform.
User Conduct and Rules on the Platform:
You agree, undertake and confirm that Your use of the Platform shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:
You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information which:
belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right to is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever is misleading in any way involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming" promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous infringes upon or violates any third party's rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult).
tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Platform or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend request, or other areas of the Platform or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users
interferes with another USER's use and enjoyment of the Platform or any other individual's User and enjoyment of similar services infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or third party's trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy or shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen products violates any law for the time being in force threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to thecommission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading
shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Our internet service provider ("ISPs") or other suppliers
A User may be considered fraudulent or loss to business due to fraudulent activity if any of the following scenarios are met:
Users doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by Vow's n View's
Users fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification
Misuse of another Users's phone/email
Users uses invalid address, email and phone no.
Overuse of a voucher code
Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
Users returns the wrong product
Users refuses to pay for an order
Users involved in the snatch and run of any order
Miscellaneous activities conducted with the sole intention to cause loss to business/revenue to Vow's n View's
User with a very high return rate
Repeated request for monetary compensation for fake/used order
Vow's n View's may cancel any order that classify as 'Bulk Orders'/'Fraud orders' under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order'/'Fraud Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by Vow's n View's:
Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category.
Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
Invalid address given in order details
Any malpractice used to place the order
Any promotional voucher used for placing the 'Bulk Order' may not be refunded
Any order paced using a technological glitch/loophole.
You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes, which may cause annoyance and inconvenience and abuses any policy and rules of the company and interrupt or causes to interrupt, damages the use by other Users of Vow's n View's.
You shall not use any false e-mail address, impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise misleads Vow's n View's by sharing multiple address and phone numbers or transacting with malafide intentions.
We on certain landing page even allow our Users to experience free exchange of ideas and observations regarding interest in the field of fashion, including ‘viewing user generated content’ and/or ‘videos’ and ‘posting comments’. By accessing, viewing and/or posting any user generated content to any specific dedicated page on the Platform, you accept and consent to the practices described in these ‘Terms of Service’ and ‘Privacy Policies’, as well as any other terms of prescribed by the Vow's n View's on the Platform. You agree and undertake that when accessing, viewing and/or posting any user generated content on these pages You will not imitate, abuse, harass, any Customer/User or violate and exploit, any of these ‘Terms of Service’ of the Platform.
You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Platform. We reserve Our right to bar any such activity.
You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform or to any server, computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Platform, by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means.
You may not pretend that You are, or that You represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity
You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable Exchange Control Laws or Regulations in Force) and International Laws, Foreign Exchange Laws, Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations (including, but not limited to Sales Tax/VAT, Income Tax, Octroi, Service Tax, Central Excise, Custom Duty, Local Levies) regarding Your use of Our service and Your listing, purchase, solicitation of offers to purchase, and sale of products or services. You shall not engage in any transaction in an item or service, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force.
From time to time, You shall be responsible for providing information relating to the products or services proposed to be sold by You. In this connection, You undertake that all such information shall be accurate in all respects. You shall not exaggerate or over emphasize the attributes of such products or services so as to mislead other Users in any manner.
You shall not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Users of the Platform to buy or sell any products or services, including, but not limited to, products or services related to that being displayed on the Platform or related to us.
The Content posted does not necessarily reflect Vow's n View's views. In no event shall Vow's n View's assume or have any responsibility or liability for any Content posted or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from use of Content and/or appearance of Content on the Platform. You hereby represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights in and to all Content which You provide and all information it contains and that such Content shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties or contain any libellous, tortious, or otherwise unlawful information.
Vow's n View's hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish, appearance, size, color etc., of the final Product as ordered by the User. Vow's n View's Return & Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Vow's n View's within the return/exchange period (Please read the Product Detail Page to see the number of days upto which a product can be returned/exchanged, post-delivery). In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the "Return Policy" on our Vow's n View's.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability:
All the materials and products (including but not limited to software) and services, included on or otherwise made available to You through Platform are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Without prejudice to the forgoing paragraph, Vow's n View's does not warrant that: Platform will be constantly available, or available at all or The information on Platform is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
All the Products sold on Platform are governed by different state laws and if Seller is unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different state laws, Seller will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by Seller from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to You. You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Platform. By registering Your phone number with us, You consent to be contacted by Us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. We will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS.
Selling:
As a registered seller, you are allowed to list item(s) for sale on the Platform in accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Terms of Use. You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on the Platform. You must ensure that the listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe your item for sale. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Platform. All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfilment of sales. The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe the actual condition of the product. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the Buyer. You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Platform. Vow's n View's reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.
We may provide you alternation services (limited to alteration of length, alteration of the waist size) for the garments purchased by You from Us. This service shall be free of cost and no amount would be collected from You for such alteration. However, a nominal fee as mentioned by Vow's n View's at the time of creating the alteration request (inclusive of service tax) would be applicable as a convenience charge towards pick up and drop of the garments or towards tailor visit (wherever applicable).
Indemnity:
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Vow's n View's, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
Trademark, Copyright and Restriction:
Platform is controlled and operated by Vow's n View's and products are sold by respective Sellers. All material on Platform, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Material on Vow's n View's is solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and You must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other Vow's n View's or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. Any use for which You receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for the purposes of this clause. It is expressly clarified that You will retain ownership and shall solely be responsible for any content that You provide or upload when using any Service, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video or any other material which you may upload, transmit or store when making use of Our various Service. However, We reserve the right to use/reproduce any content uploaded by You and You agree to grant royalty free, irrevocably, unconditionally, perpetually and worldwide right to Us to use the content for reasonable business purpose.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Vow's n View's be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages resulting from:

Termination:
Vow's n View's may suspend or terminate your use of the Vow's n View's or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have infringed, breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms of Service or anyway otherwise acted unethically. Notwithstanding anything in this clause, these Terms of Service will survive indefinitely unless and until Vow's n View's chooses to terminate them.
If You or Vow's n View's terminates your use of the Platform or any Service, Vow's n View's may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and Vow's n View's will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. However, your transactions details may be preserved by Vow's n View's for purposes of tax or regulatory compliance.
Vendors shall not use any third party photographs or content and represent them as being their own. Any such misrepresentation shall be the liability of the Vendor alone.
As a wedding aggregator, Vow’snView’s has commercial dealings with certain vendors on its platform. This commercial arrangement, includes but is not restricted to, providing additional visibility in return for a certain fee.
This fee doesn’t in any way guarantee any business confirmations/ bookings. VOW’SNVIEW’S acts as a facilitator , helping vendors leverage its vast network and enabling them to reach out to more customers
Reviews on Vendor profiles:
Reviews written for vendors on their Vow’snView’s profile are a very important tool for customers as well as vendors. We therefore take utmost care to uphold the integrity & credibility of reviews on our platform.
You can report a review as being false to Vow’snView’s for Verification at www.vowsnviews.com
Vow’snView’s team will contact the Vendor within 48 hours and ask to submit them aforementioned proof for the review. The verification case will be closed if the vendor fails to submit the proof within 7 days after being contacted.
a) If Vow’snView’s receives appropriate and satisfactory proof – The review will be removed from the vendor profile within 1 week, after notification to the vendor & the reviewer.
Note that Vow’snView’s cannot & does not verify and confirm to every statement written in the reviews on vendor profiles. However, we maintain a fair verification process of the reviews once reported to ensure that reviews on Vow’snView’s are posted by genuine clients of vendors and that they follow our terms.
Vow’snView’s reserves the right to disable a review of the reviewer who has been proven to not hire the vendor through involvement of Vow’snView’s, for any reason. Vow’snView’s has the sole discretion to decide whether reported reviews are to be further investigated or not.
Vow’snView’s prides itself in ensuring authentic and genuine reviews that can help engaged couples make better hiring decisions. As a platform committed to showcasing honest reviews, we request our vendors to abide by the following guidelines.
The Vendor can ask their clients to review their Profile on Vow’snView’s and share their profile link with them & ask them to write a review, or, could simply ask them to share their review & rating with us on www.vowsnviews.com & we will get the review uploaded on their behalf.
The best way to get positive reviews is by delighting your clients. Selective solicitation is a strict NO. Offering any type of compensation, getting your family/relatives/team members to write a review for you is completely unacceptable & such reviews would be removed without any intimation
Whether you agree with the feedback or not, we recommend you take the criticism in good stride. In cases of a negative review, we strongly suggest you reply to the review with your side of the story as it shows that you care. From our statistics, we have seen that users read both sides of the story and take an impartial call while reading reviews. Deletion of Profile of Vendor:
Vow’snView’s does not permit or facilitate account deletions of Vendors, once made. The account may be marked as unclaimed and be made unsearchable upon the platform’s discretion Vendor’s request.
Please note, a vendor’s profile may be created even without their prior consent. One such method of this is creating a profile with the users submitting reviews of vendors who don’t have an active, listed profile on Vow’snView’s yet
As a trustworthy aggregator of wedding info and data, Vow’snView’s showcases this info; However in an unclaimed/ unverified state due to absence of complete details.
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other Vow’snView’s Users (including Vendors). Vow’snView’s reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users and to immediately terminate the privileges of any User for any reason or for no reason.
Vow’snView’s is only a listing and aggregating platform and no associations, interactions, bookings that happen on the Vow’snView’s platform are the responsibility of Vow’snView’s.
Vendor data showcased on profiles in the form of photos, price, reviews etc is a result of vendors’ inputs and those of their customers. While Vow’snView’s does take efforts to verify the claims made in the form of price, work etc, it in no way ensures/ guarantees the displayed info to be accurate

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vow’snView’s, and any parent, subsidiary, and affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner and operator, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Vow’snView’s Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Vow’snView’s Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Vow’snView’s Website and/or the Vow’snView’s Services
The failure of Vow’snView’s to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Vow's n View's’s COD option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders up to Rs. 20,000/-. The issuing bank charges interest per EMI transaction. The interest rates are decided by the bank and are displayed at the time of completing the transaction. There is no processing or convenience fees charged on any EMI transactions.
Customer needs to pay full amount of transaction to the bank, since EMI facility is at sole discretion of the issuing bank, please contact your card issuing bank.
Conversion of transaction into EMI is at the sole discretion of card issuing bank and can also be rejected in unfortunate circumstances. In case the paid amount is not converted to EMI within 7 days then contact your card issuing bank.

Without prejudice to the forgoing paragraph, Vow's n View's does not warrant that: Platform will be constantly available, or available at all or The information on Platform is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
All the Products sold on Platform are governed by different state laws and if Seller is unable to deliver such Products due to implications of different state laws, Seller will return or will give credit for the amount (if any) received in advance by Seller from the sale of such Product that could not be delivered to You. You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Platform. By registering Your phone number with us, You consent to be contacted by Us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. We will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS.
Selling:
As a registered seller, you are allowed to list item(s) for sale on the Platform in accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Terms of Use. You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on the Platform. You must ensure that the listed items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe your item for sale. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category on the Platform. All listed items must be kept in stock for successful fulfilment of sales. The listing description of the item must not be misleading and must describe the actual condition of the product. If the item description does not match the actual condition of the item, you agree to refund any amounts that you may have received from the Buyer. You agree not to list a single product in multiple quantities across various categories on the Platform. Vow's n View's reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by you in various categories.
We may provide you alternation services (limited to alteration of length, alteration of the waist size) for the garments purchased by You from Us. This service shall be free of cost and no amount would be collected from You for such alteration. However, a nominal fee as mentioned by Vow's n View's at the time of creating the alteration request (inclusive of service tax) would be applicable as a convenience charge towards pick up and drop of the garments or towards tailor visit (wherever applicable).
Indemnity:
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Vow's n View's, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
Trademark, Copyright and Restriction:
Platform is controlled and operated by Vow's n View's and products are sold by respective Sellers. All material on Platform, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Material on Vow's n View's is solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and You must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other Vow's n View's or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited. Any use for which You receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for the purposes of this clause. It is expressly clarified that You will retain ownership and shall solely be responsible for any content that You provide or upload when using any Service, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video or any other material which you may upload, transmit or store when making use of Our various Service. However, We reserve the right to use/reproduce any content uploaded by You and You agree to grant royalty free, irrevocably, unconditionally, perpetually and worldwide right to Us to use the content for reasonable business purpose.

Alteration Services
The free alteration services are being extended to You by Vow's n View's Designs Private Limited (“Vow's n View's”) on select items and categories solely (“Alteration Services”) for the purchases made by you on the Vow's n View's Platform, i.e. www.Vow's n View's.com, its m-site and /or mobile application available on android and IOS (hereinafter referred to as “Vow's n View's Platform”), subject to the below terms and conditions:
9.In the event You are not comfortable with our alteration partners for any reason whatsoever, You may (i) cancel the alteration request on Vow's n View's Platform instantly; or (ii) ask the alteration partner to leave your premises immediately and reach out to our customer care team.
10.In the event of any visible damage and/or loss of the sample product by our alteration partners, the liability of Vow's n View's shall be limited to refunding the following amounts to You: Maximum Liability of Vow's n View's
*For Jeans: In case of Visible Damage – Rs. 500/-. In case lost by the alteration partner – Rs. 1000/-
*For Trousers: In case of Visible Damage – Rs. 500/-. In case lost by the alteration partner – Rs. 2000/-
*For Kurta / Kurti: In case of Visible Damage – Rs. 300/-. In case lost by the alteration partner – Rs. 800/-
You understand and agree that the samples are being provided to us at your sole risk; and irrespective of the purchase price / maximum retail price of the sample provided by You, the amounts specified above represent the entire and maximum liability of Vow's n View's and Your sole remedy, in case of any visible damage or loss of the sample provided by You. You further understand and agree that the decision of Vow's n View's shall be final and binding in this regard. The amount shall be refunded by Vow's n View's into the bank account provided by You, upon due verification by Vow's n View's, within a period of 3 (three) to 5 (five) business days from the date You provide your bank account details.
20. Cart Notification
You understand that, in the event selected products in your cart is out of the inventory, Vow's n View's provides You an option in your cart to select the product of another seller, You understand that price of the product by another seller may differ.
21. Multiple Sellers
You understand that products of a particular style may be sold on the Platform by multiple sellers and the product price on the listing page of the Platform, may not always reflect the lowest price for that particular style. This is because the seller whose price is displayed on the list page is selected based on the application of a number of parameters and price is only one such parameter. However, once you land on the product display page on the Platform for a specific style, You will have access to the price offered by all sellers on the Platform for the relevant style.
This implies that if an individual wants to become a seller on Vow's n View's:
One has to fill the Sell With Us form. If the proposal is accepted by Vow's n View's, then you can begin selling.
The seller should be registered either as a Private limited Company, Sole Proprietorship, Limited Liability Partnership or Partnership.

Once the store goes online,
1) You will start receiving orders which will be notified on your seller dashboard. The dashboard also helps you manage your store.

However vendors is free to use these images or videos on their personnel websites/ social media. Removal or editing rights for such images and videos shall be retained by Vow's n View's exclusively and they cannot be removed without the prior permission of Vow's n View's.
In case the vendor finds any review offensive or they dispute a review on any of the material uploaded by them and they want to get it removed, then in such a case the vendor or the user is free to send a request to [email protected] and include a brief description of the review(s) to be removed along with the current location of such review on the Vow's n View's Website and the reason(s) for such removal. We shall investigate into the matter to ensure the validity and authenticity of such request, investigation will be based on certain internal parameters. If it’s found genuine and relevant then the related review will be hidden or removed.

Upon the vendor being selected for the handpicked and features section they must keep in mind that these sections are incorporated by Vow's n View's for better and improved user experience, it also helps with the promotion of vendors but Vow's n View's does not guarantee leads generated by the vendors while they are a part of the In House Service and featured section.
A real Wedding upload to, submit to, or embed on any Vow's n View's platform by the bride or groom suo moto or by their family member authorized to do so, then such a wedding will be removed or deleted from the Vow's n View's platform only with the prior permission/consent of the bride, groom or by the family member so authorized. This clause applies to an entire wedding, an image or a video uploaded to, submitted to, or embedded on any Vow's n View's platform.
Weddings you upload to, submit to, or embed on any Vow's n View's platform can be used by Vow's n View's for mutual promotion on any digital and offline mediums. However, Vow's n View's does not claim any ownership right for the same.
In case the vendor wants to get the wedding submitted by him removed, then in such a case he is free to send a request to [email protected] and include a brief description of the wedding to be removed along with the reasons for such removal. We shall investigate into the matter to ensure the validity and authenticity of such request. Investigation will be based on certain internal parameters. If it’s found genuine and relevant then the related wedding can be hidden or removed.
All reviews form a part of the user content on the Vow's n View's platform and are the sole property of Vow's n View's, thereby authorizing Vow's n View's to retain such reviews along with the images or videos or any material so reviewed. In case the original images are requested to be removed by the vendor or in case the vendor removes their Vow's n View's account and whether finally agreed or decided elsewise the reviews to the related content retained in the shell account shall continue to be Vow's n View's property.
For the publicly available information put up on other platforms including but not limited to name and phone numbers may be retained by Vow's n View's in any case whatsoever.
