Refund & Exchange Policy
Vow's n View's’s Returns & Exchange Policy gives you an option to exchange most products purchased on Vow's n View's for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check the product details page for the same).
However, customers should carefully look at each product’s information page to check whether the product is returnable or if it is a No /Exchange product.
RETURNS CRITERIA:
Customers seeking to return or exchange a product for any reason must notify Vow's n View's within 48 hours of receiving the product by the following methods:
- You can place a Return/Exchange request from the ‘Order History’ section under ‘My Account’.

Once the request has been generated, the items must be returned to us within 7 business days. Vow's n View's does not provide refunds for returned orders. However, the Company will provide Store Credit worth the same amount as the returned product, if the following criteria are met:
- All items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. All material, including plastic wrapping, dust bags, gift boxes, authenticity cards must be returned along with the product. (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
- All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled. All garments and shoes should be tried only on carpeted surfaces.
- If the above criteria are not met, the product will be returned to the customer & the customer will not be entitled to any store credit.
- The same policies apply to all items bought via Store Credit.
Vow's n View's offers Free Returns i.e. we will arrange and pay for the shipping cost of returned products within India. We only ask that you preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return a product to us:
- Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick up service.
- Self-Ship: In case reverse pick up facility is not available at your location, you may courier the product to us within 7 business days at our registered address:E-4/2 Sector-11 Rohini, Delhi - 110085, India.
*We will reimburse the shipping cost, up to Rs. 200, as soon as we receive the courier receipt and the product back at our warehouse. Note: Reimbursement will only be processed if the courier slip is emailed to us on [email protected]
Vow's n View's does not provide pick up for Exchange. Once an Exchange request has been generated, please ship the product to us within 7 business days at our registered address: E-4/2 Sector-11 Rohini, Delhi - 110085, India.
Vow's n View's will not bear the cost of shipping for Exchange Items. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please note that we only offer size exchanges.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
- All customized products (which have been made to a customer’s size/measurements) are non-returnable. We may offer alterations on custom orders on a case-by-case basis depending on the vendor’s agreement. Any alteration costs will be borne by the customer.
- 6 Y Collective, Veruschka by Payal Kothari, Zumaira Luxury, and select products from Libaaz cannot be exchanged or returned.
- For International Customers – Vow's n View's will not pay any customs-related costs in case of returns. These costs must be borne by the customers themselves.
- The customer must ensure the product is returned to Vow's n View's before the refund can be processed.
- In the event the customer does not pay the customs fee or the product does not reach Vow's n View's, the product will not be deemed as “Returned” and the customer will not receive any refund or store credit.
- If the product received is faulty or damaged, please inform our Customer Care team, with pictures of the damage or issue. Our team will assess the damage and offer to exchange the product for a new one or give store credit, once the original product is returned.
- Please note that products are considered “damaged” only if they have a severe manufacturing defect making it unfit for wear or use. Items that are damaged due to normal wear are not faulty products.
- A product is not considered ‘faulty’ if there is a slight color variation between the image on the website and the actual product.
- Vow's n View's is not liable for damages to the product after it has been received by the customer. If the product has been damaged in transit (e.g. the packaging is clearly damaged), the customer may refuse to accept the product and inform Vow's n View's by emailing at [email protected]or calling our Customer Care Helpline at +91-9313846800 from Monday to Friday: 11 am - 7 pm and on Saturdays, 12 am – 6 pm)
- Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
